Who Can Apply?

OUAT is looking for candidates with specific qualifications:

1. Manager and Assistant Manager:
   • B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture
   • MBA or ABM degree
   • 2 years of work experience
2. Young Professional-I (YP-I):
   • Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture, V.Sc. & AH, or Fishery Science
   • OR Diploma in Agro-Polytechnic (Agriculture Science, Horticulture, Fishery Science, or Animal Science)
3. Senior Research Fellow (SRF):
   • Master’s Degree in Agriculture or related subjects
   • 4 or 5 years Bachelor’s Degree
   • For those with a Post-Graduate Degree in Basic Sciences:
     • 3 years Bachelor’s Degree
     • 2 years Master’s Degree
     • NET qualification
     • 2 years of research experience

Age Limits

OUAT has set different age limits for each position:

• Manager: Up to 45 years
• Assistant Manager: Up to 35 years
• Young Professional-I (YP-I): Up to 35 years
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF):
  • Men: Up to 35 years
  • Women: Up to 40 years
